The DSE8680 is an intelligent control module designed to control a generator bus-tie breaker. The control module features technology that automatically manages the synchronising and check-sync across the breaker using the DSE multi-set communications (MSC) link when opening and closing the bus-tie breaker.

DSE8660 MKII

Auto Transfer Switch & Mains (Utility) Control Module

The DSE8660 MKII is an easy-to-use single or multi-mains (utility) controller with automatic transfer switch capability. Designed to synchronise a single or multiple DSE8610 MKIIs with single or multiple mains (utility) supplies, the DSE8660 MKII will automatically control the change over from
mains (utility) to generator supply or run generators in sync with the mains (utility) supply to provide no-break, peak lopping and peak shaving power solutions.

The module can indicate operational status and fault conditions on the LCD screen (multiple languages available), by illuminated LED, audible sounder and SMS messaging. Comprehensive communications are also available via RS232, RS485 & Ethernet for remote PC control and monitoring to allow integration into building management systems. The comprehensive event log will record up to 250 events to facilitate maintenance. An extensive number of fixed and flexible monitoring and protection features are included. Easy alteration of the sequences, timers and alarms can be made using the DSE PC Configuration Suite Software. Selected configuration is also available via the module’s front panel. With all communication ports capable of being active at the same time, the DSE86XX MKII series is ideal for a wide variety of demanding load share applications.

The DSE8620 MKII represents the latest in complex load sharing & synchronising control technology. Designed to synchronise a single genset with a mains (utility) supply, the DSE8620 MKII control module is packed with multiple features and benefits that are unrivalled across the generator control industry.

The controller also has the option to be configured for use as a DSE8610 MKII Auto Start Load Sharing & Synchronising Control Module. When converted for use as a DSE8610 MKII the unit provides generator to generator load share functionality.

DSE8610 MKII

Synchronising & Load Sharing Auto Start Control Module

The DSE8610 MKII is a market-leading Synchronising Auto Start Control Module suitable for use in a multi-generator loadshare system, designed to synchronise up to 32 generators including electronic and non-electronic engines. The DSE8610 MKII monitors the generator and indicates operational status and fault conditions, automatically starting or stopping the engine on load demand or fault conditions.

System alarms are annunciated on the LCD screen (multiple language options available), illuminated LED and audible sounder. The event log records 250 events to facilitate easy maintenance, and an extensive number of fixed and flexible monitoring, metering and protection features are included. Designed to offer increased built in support for active sensors for 0 V to 10 V & 4 mA to 20 mA. Comprehensive communication and system expansion options are available.

Using the DSE PC Configuration Suite Software allows easy alteration of the operational sequences, timers and alarms. With all communication ports capable of being active at the same time, the DSE8610 MKII is ideal for a wide variety of demanding load share applications. Rear Mount Panel Bracket

Rear mount panel bracket for use with the DSE86xx MKII units. The bracket fixes into the rear of a panel and a control module is clipped in screen side down, leaving the rear of the module exposed for easy wiring connection.
